Registration Fee Inclusions

Conference - Attend Onsite Registration includes the following: access to all conference sessions; conference materials and proceedings; all conference lunches and refreshment breaks; Welcoming Reception; Conference Reception.

Conference - One Day Registration includes the following: access to all conference sessions for the day purchased; conference materials and proceedings; conference lunch and refreshment breaks for the day purchased. The Welcoming Reception and Conference Reception are not included in the one-day registration fee. Tickets for each reception may be purchased separately at time of registration.

Conference - Attend By Web Registration includes the following: online access to main stream sessions including keynotes.

Workshop 1 - Teams of Leaders - Onsite Registration includes the following: access to this workshop session, workshop materials, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Workshop 2 - HI 101 Mini HI Bootcamp - Onsite Registration includes the following: access to this workshop session, workshop materials, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Workshop 2 - HI 101 Online Registration includes the following: access to over 90 + hours of recorded presentations and monthly interactive web Q&A and discussion sessions.

 

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AHIC 2012 Organizing Committee Chair. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM EDT April 10, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 CDN (plus taxes) of the registration fee paid and a $50 CDN (plus taxes) administration fee. Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM EDT April 10, 2012 are fully non-refundable.

An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time via online or by emailing the Conference Registrar at ahic@nihi.ca.

Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 CDN (plus taxes) administration fee.

All refunds will be processed within 7 weeks after the close of the conference.   The refund will occur via cheque.  Participants will be requested to allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed. 

Student Registrants

All student registrants must provide valid student identification and must be currently registered full-time at a post-secondary or secondary institution. 

Students must email to us a valid student pictured identification card to ahic@nihi.ca or show id onsite at the registration desk. 

Without student identification, you will be charged full conference registration and $50 CDN administration fee.

If a student wants to purchase meals for each day, they can purchase the "Daily Food Package" for $75 upon online registration.
