Access to the Online Registration is still OPEN to:
- to print your registration receipt.
- to purchase access to the online archive of the entire conference (videos, presentations, sponsor materials, and on-site interviews with keynote speakers and key think tank participants).
- to purchase the Conference Proceedings DVD.

All changes that cannot be made online are subject to a $50 CDN (plus taxes) administration fee.
Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 CDN (plus taxes) administration fee.
Payment by cheque or money order are in Canadian funds and made payable to the National Institutes of Health Informatics. No postdated cheques are accepted. There is a $50 fee for NSF cheques.
All fees are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
