Please Note: The Permission to Publish form is not required to be sent by the Call For Papers deadline. The signed form is required for publication in the conference proceedings. It can be sent after the deadline either by email or by fax. The email address and the fax number are both given on the “Permission to Publish" form.

Your submission must be received before the deadline and meet the requirements stated in order to be considered.
